    Feeder:

    1. Pre-stack paper and non-stop feeding device.

    Powder-removing section:

    3. Laminating system (mirror roll using φ360mm, pressure glue rollφ280mm, with imported     Italian hydraulic system).

    Cutter:

    1. Toothed knife off film device.

    3. Two sets automatic high-speed rotating disc knife.

    4. Pneumatic lift-type laminated pull off devices.

    A. Automatic feeder

    1. Adopting maintenance-free of high-speed feeder, high-speed feed stable.

    B.Automatic powder removing section

    4. Adapt to a variety of film: no-glue film, thermal film.


    D.Coating system

    1. Ceramic anilox coating, to ensure the glue thinner and more uniformity, can effectively     reduce the amount of glue, cost savings.

    2. Parallel moving blade, quick and easy to adjust.

    3. Suitable for water-based glue and oil-based glue.

    E. Drying system

    1. Vertical short distance oven design.

    2. Fast drying, the film is not shifted.

    3. Hot air circulation design, heating up fast.

    F.  Automatic cutter

    G. Cold water to eliminate curl system

    1. Chrome cold water roller connect  outside placed the chiller, can effectively eliminate  tissue curl deformation.

    H.  Automatic delivery

    1. Non-stop delivery paper mechanism, greater efficiency.

    2. With upper and lower blowing wind mechanism, delivery paper more orderly.

    3. Automatic waste discharge, reduce unplanned downtime and improve efficiency.
